HALL HAUS, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the RCS under number 890 338 585, with its registered office at 49 rue de l’Île de France, 93410 VAUJOURS (hereinafter “HALL HAUS”), sells new furniture (hereinafter the “Products”) on its website “shop.hall.haus” (hereinafter the “Website”).
Any person browsing the Website and deciding whether or not to purchase Products is considered a user to whom these general terms and conditions apply (hereinafter the “User”).
Except in cases of fault or negligence, HALL HAUS shall not be held liable for any damages suffered by the User during their use of the Website or the services offered.
Before registering or making a purchase, the User must read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Website, available on the Website. These constitute a contractual agreement between the User and HALL HAUS regarding access to and use of the Website, and the purchase and delivery of Products; the User agrees to comply with them.
The User acknowledges and accepts that placing an order for Products (hereinafter the “Order”) constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions available on the Website, which the User undertakes to read before any Order. The Order therefore constitutes prior, explicit, and unconditional acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the User and HALL HAUS and take precedence over any other document, contractual or otherwise.
Placing an Order on the Website constitutes the User’s irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
The User confirms having the legal capacity to enter into a contract, either as a natural person or as a representative of a legal entity.
HALL HAUS reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use at any time and will send the new version to the User.
The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force at the time the Order is placed and accepted by the User.
To purchase Products on the Website, the User must register. Registration is free and open to any individual aged at least eighteen (18) years or any legal entity.
The User may order Products by filling in the required fields on the registration form — email address, name, first name, and delivery address. Creating an account is not mandatory.
To place an Order, the User must follow these steps:
The confirmation email sent to the User constitutes HALL HAUS’s acceptance of the Order and confirms the formation of the sales contract between the parties.
In the event of stock shortages or unavailability of Products after the Order is placed, the User will be informed by email of the Order cancellation. In accordance with Articles L216-6 and L216-7 of the French Consumer Code, in such a case the User will be refunded within 14 days.
The confirmation email will include a reference number, essential for any inquiries about the Order, and will specify the main characteristics of the Products, total price including VAT, and estimated delivery date.
The sale is deemed final once HALL HAUS has confirmed the Order and received full payment.
Orders are only considered valid once payment has been confirmed or received.
After validation, the Order and its details cannot be modified. The User must therefore verify all personal and order information before confirming.
Orders cannot be canceled, but the User may refuse the parcel upon delivery.
In this case, the parcel will be returned and the Order refunded (excluding delivery and ancillary costs).
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. The User acknowledges that minor differences may exist between the delivered Products and their photos.
Photographs and descriptions may not perfectly represent the Products. Color variations between screen display and actual appearance may occur.
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes in mainland France at the time of consultation.
VAT is applied only on the margin. In accordance with Article 297 A of the CGI and Directive 2006/112/EC, buyers are not entitled to deduct VAT included in the purchase price.
Other applicable taxes (e.g. eco-contributions) are indicated on the order page.
Prices exclude delivery and ancillary service fees. The User is responsible for paying shipping, VAT on such costs, import taxes, insurance, or other related fees.
For deliveries outside the EU, packaging and shipping costs will be quoted separately and must be approved by the User before validation.
Products remain the property of HALL HAUS until full payment is received.
Payment for Products on the Website is made via the following methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.), PayPal, or Apple Pay.
All card payments are processed through a secure, independent platform.
HALL HAUS does not have access to Users’ banking information.
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the User. HALL HAUS is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
Products are deliverable worldwide.
In mainland France:
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 7 business days, subject to product availability.
Outside the EU:
A specific quote will be submitted before order validation.
Estimated delivery dates are indicated during Order confirmation.
Delays caused by force majeure or payment verification are not HALL HAUS’s responsibility.
If the User provides an incorrect delivery address, they must contact customer service at contact@hall.haus.
If the delivered Products do not match the Order, the User should send one or two photos to contact@hall.haus.
Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country; these are the User’s responsibility.
HALL HAUS is not responsible for delivery delays.
The User has been informed of their right of withdrawal before placing the Order.
A withdrawal form is available on the Website.
In accordance with Articles L121-21 and following of the French Consumer Code, the User has 14 days from receipt of the Products to exercise this right without justification.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Return procedure:
Return shipping costs are the User’s responsibility. Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying withdrawal.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase (excluding delivery and return fees).
HALL HAUS has 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal request (and returned goods) to process the refund.
A confirmation email will be sent once completed.
Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges are not possible for Products purchased on the Website.
HALL HAUS is bound only by an obligation of means, not of result, in providing its services.
HALL HAUS shall not be held liable for any malfunction, inconvenience, or damage arising from the use of the internet, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, HALL HAUS and the User will seek an amicable resolution, possibly through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods.
If unsuccessful, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.
